Kaleidoscope Data Privacy Consultants SL is established in Barcelona, Spain for the purposes of providing Data Protection Representative services to clients based in third countries (outside the EEA) who caught by EU GDPR article 3(2) condition and consequently must appoint a Data Protection Representative to comply with EU GDPR article 27.
Kaleidoscope Consultants operates under the mandate of their clients (see clients) and, to the extent that any personal data is processed in providing these services, is the controller for those data, as we determine the purpose and manner of processing to satisfy our mandated and statutory duties.
